Natural Gas

Gas has become our second source of energy over the past 20 years, despite the country’s dependence on imported products.
However, this scenario is changing positively, and new projects have been developed in the country. The pre-salt region has become a potential gas supplier, along with other sources such as Argentina’s Vaca Muerta.

To distribute all the production and supply of gas, many pipeline projects, compression stations, and treatment facilities have already been implemented, with many more planned.
Álvaro Aguiar has established its mark in this important phase of the country’s energy transition.
We have built and delivered efficiently several sections of pipelines, Natural Gas Treatment Units (UTGN), as well as Natural Gas Compression Stations.

In addition to constructing new lines, we perform services to adapt existing network crossings, tapping, installation of dual channels, removal and coating of existing piping, and other related works.
